The Express Boat "Minnehaha" provided water taxi service on Lake Minnetonka for many years. Several of the boats were owned and operated by the Twin City Rapid Transit Company which used streetcars to link the city with Lake Minnetonka.  It was scuttled in 1926, rediscovered in 1980, and back in use in 1996 after extensive renovation by volunteers.
