Lamb Brothers' store and Wayzata's first fire engine in 1898. Wayzata's new "pumper engine" could shoot a stream of water over two stories high. Men pulled it if no horse was available. Note the building to the left of store; this is now the Gold Mine Antique shop - then a boarding house.
